Metal Detectable Cable Ties

Novoflex Metal Detectable Cable Ties contain metals dispersed throughout the products making them easily detectable by metal detectors, X Ray systems and even Visual Detection Systems. Small cut-off pieces/ broken pieces can also be easily detected. These cable ties are designed for use in Food processing and packaging, Pharmaceutical processing and packaging, and all other contamination sensitive industries to meet the safety standards set by HACCP.
We recommend the usage of tensioning tools to achieve optimum tightening and a neat finish to your installations.
Material: Metal Detectable Nylon 6.6. Resistant to Fungus, Corrosion, and most mild acids.
Flammability Rating: UL94HB.
Standard Colour: Industry standard Bright Blue for easy visual detection and identification.
Continuous Operating Temperature: -40° C to +85° C.
Intermittent Operating Temperature: -40° C to +105° C (up to 500 hours).
Halogen Free: Yes.
Tensile Strength: High Tensile Strength provides a secure locking which will not slip, come off or slacken. Ties must be cut to be removed.
Storage Conditions: To be stored in a cool, dark, dry place away from sunlight in a sealed condition.
