Novoflex Panel Edge Clips are ideal for fitment of Novoflex Non-Returnable Cab Lok Cable ties on edges of panels or chassis. The high strength design of the metal clips firmly grip the panels without damaging them and are vibration tested to prevent loosening of the clips. While the clips will not come out easily from the panels, the clips are able to move along the length of the panels facilitating quick and easy adjustments in moving machinery.
The metal clips are coated with Zinc Geomat 720 which is chromium and VOC free. Salt Spray tests are also conducted on the clips to ensure the longevity of the clips. No separate tools are required for installation.
Material: UL Listed Nylon 6.6. Resistant to Fungus, Corrosion, and most mild acids. Metal Clip is made from Spring Steel which is duly hardened and plated. Housing body can also be manufactured in HSB, HTR, FR materials or customer specific colours specific to MOQ.
