Novoflex Nylon Cable Tie Tensioning Tools provide high precision, comfortable and safe method for installation, tensioning and finishing of cable ties. Designed to increase productivity, these tensioning tools allow for the fast and neat installation of cable ties while offering ease of use to the operator. These tools optimally tighten the cable ties after installation and offer an automatic flush cutting system for a neat finish. The excessive tail portion may be safely discarded.
The tensioning tools also feature a tension adjuster which allows changes to the pressure applied on the cable ties. Different widths of the cable ties can be tensioned with the same tools by means of the tension adjuster. Applying only one uniform tension on different widths is not recommended since excessive tension on the cable ties leads to breakage of the locking pawl and causes the cable ties to break.

Installation Instruction
Place cable tie around the cable bundle, Insert tail into head & pull tie through locking head down to bundle.
For optimum tightening use TG 01 & TG 02 tensioning tools which cut the excess portion of the tail for a smooth finishing.
