Novoflex Stud Mount Ties allow for lateral adjustment of upto 10 mm for any misalignment of the stud or incorrect positioning of the cable ties on the cable bunches. The tie mounts onto a welded stud without the need of any fixing tools.
Material: UL Listed Nylon 6.6, Resistant to Fungus, Corrosion, and most mild acids. Can also be manufactured in HSB, HTR, FR materials or customer specific colours specific to MOQ.
Flammability Rating: UL94 V-2
UV Resistance: Tested for continuous 1000 hours against UV Radiation under a Xenon Arc lamp by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) which is equivalent to 10 years of outdoor exposure.
Standard Colour: UV Resistant Black (B).
Operating Temperature: -25° C to +80° C.
Halogen Free: Yes.
Tensile Strength: High Tensile Strength provides a secure locking which will not slip, come off or slacken. Ties must be cut to be removed.
Storage Conditions: To be stored in a cool, dark, dry place away from sunlight in a sealed condition.
